Through browsing the lantiques website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this website.

Purchase of antiques and bespoke items online and in person.

All goods are sold as seen. All product photographs and description of products refer to the condition of an item. We are happy to supply any additional photographs or information. Please email using the enquiry form at the bottom of the contact page to request additional images and information.

You as the purchaser are responsible for ensuring the dimensions of items supplied are suitable for a given space before ordering. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check and confirm measurements and to ensure an item will pass through corridors, doorways and any other architectural feature.
Lantiques is not responsible for any increases of duties and taxes. Any increase or decrease in duties and taxes will be passed on to the purchaser
Items uncollected within 6 months without prior arranged storage or near future delivery or collection date, will be resold and no monies refunded to the user.

Delivery

Free delivery is available on certain items depending on location and property access. Free delivery may require assistance at the point of delivery depending on the type of item. Where applicable, standard delivery is charged by quotation. Please email for details using the ENQUIRE button on any product page. 

Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. All return shipping costs will be borne by the purchaser. A full refund will be made on receipt of the item in the same good condition. A 25% restocking handling charge plus any delivery costs incurred by lantiques will be deducted from the refund amount.

Bespoke or items transformed or altered to client specifications are non refundable.
